A new company started because we expected better workmanship at a more cost effective scale and localized freight cost that would not sink our profits. We can do that for you too!

Precision Rotomolding is Our Reputation

Delivering mission-critical hollow plastic parts through advanced rotational molding, rigorous metallurgical tooling, and high-performance polymer engineering.

How it Started and Where we are Going

Lone Star Roto-Molding was founded due to the need of quality parts at an affordable cost. Material integrity and quality assurance was hard to find at a local level. Shipping was a crucial part in making our decision to start up a Roto-Mold facility in the Texas area. We partnered up with companies that were Texas based and began to learn the trade. From conception of an idea to the finished product we now have the abilities to help other entrepreneurs achieve greatness with their ideas!

WHAT WE DO......

Founded on the discipline of heavy-duty manufacturing, we specialize in high-capacity rotational molding for extreme operational demands. From rugged containment systems to specialized industrial equipment housings, our facilities harness multi-axis machinery and calibrated thermal monitoring to eliminate stress concentrations and guarantee zero-defect wall uniformity across every part

In General........We take plastic powder, cook it in a mold and pop out a specific part to designed specifications.

Plant Scale

Our Precision

Our plant houses 3-four-arm independent carousels, one off-set arm for large molding, capable of swinging molds with unique sizing. Automated compounding and pulverizing systems ensure ultra-consistent polymer powder flow, maximizing molecular cross-linking during biaxial rotation.

All of our materials are based and facilitated in the Texas region making our facility centralized and affordable from the beginning stages of conception to the final shipping cost, thus saving you money all the way around!

We merge finite element stress analysis with Texas based CNC mold fabrication to resolve complex geometries before production begins. Ultrasonic thickness testing and cryogenic impact verification guarantee that every molded component withstands corrosive environments and extreme mechanical loads. This process is outsourced but still located in Northern Texas with more than 40 years experience.

Engineering Team

Our technical leadership combines decades of polymer chemistry, mold design, and industrial operations experience to translate challenging part requirements into high-yield manufactured solutions. If we can't answer a problem, we have the resources to find answers and get problems solved quickly.
